Mary Kate for Marie Claire

Mary Kate is one of my favorite fashion icons. She is absolutely stunning in the September issue of Marie Claire. I love this spread, it is very feminine and soft. It is very well shot and styled. I am in love with the Sergio Rossi shoes in the first picture, and so I was wondering does anyone have $1855 that I can borrow? I would love to add those shoes to my collection :)

Maria Elena

Remember Penelope Cruz's character in "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" as "Maria Elena?" If not, how could you forget, and if you haven't seen it, then you must! I went antique shopping with my mom yesterday and I saw a couple of amazing antique cameras and it reminded me of a scene in the movie where Scarlett Johansson's character uses her antique camera to take pictures of "Maria Elena." It's probably my favorite scene of the movie, of course Penelope is absolutely flawless. As crazy as her character was I absolutely loved her!

Bang with a Bang!

I recently saw the ad campaign for Marc Jacobs new mens fragrance "Bang," which features none other than Marc Jacobs himself. He happen to come up during a conversation with my coworkers and I had to show them the ad, it was when I ran into a trash can that i remembered how amazing he really looks, I knew then I had to share it with you. Check him out!

☆Rockstar☆

Rihanna is probably one of the only pop singers that can pull off this video, song and look. She is truly a star and she has sooo much swag, I can't stand it! How amazing is it for her to have Slash from Guns N' Roses featured in the song, and even more rad that she is styled just like him! A Rockstar, that's what she really proves to be with her daring style, lyrics and performance! I love this video because of the fashion, style and overall the final production of it. The song itself is very grimy and good girl gone badesque, lyrics like "So baby take me in, I'll disobey the law, Make sure you frisk me good, Check my panties and my bra," remind us that she isn't a little girl anymore, just in case you did't get it in her album "Good Girl Gone Bad" or her most recent singles, "Hard" and "Rude Boy" Oh RiRi you are such a bad girl! Got to love her!

Hey, Hey! This is my first post! I will try to make it memorable and entertaining, yet short and informative. I've been pondering the idea of starting my own blog for such a long time. Why has it taken me so long? Well, perhaps it's been a mixture of indecisiveness and lack of time.

You can call this a lifestyle blog; it's about everything that makes my world go round, it includes: love, fashion, style, music, food and relationships (not only those that have romantic meaning, but also those you have with friends and family). My goal is to inspire you, to make you smile or laugh, to entertain you, or to simply give you your daily dose of: reading, web and picture-browing, and of course all that jazz :D.
